FlexMy.Run gives runners a public trophy room: a profile page at flexmy.run/[username] with race cards, PRs, total miles, and a prestige tier, plus shareable card images for social media.

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Handles are claimed first-come, first-served. Claim a handle you are entitled to: your own name, nickname, or brand. We may reclaim handles that impersonate someone else, are squatted for resale, or are used abusively.

All race data on FlexMy.Run is submitted by users. A "Verified PR" badge means the runner attached a timing link or a proof image at submission time. It does not mean FlexMy.Run independently confirmed the result with the race organizer or timing company. Profiles are not official records; check the linked source before relying on any result.

Submitting results you know to be false, or proof that does not belong to you, is grounds for account termination.

You own the content you post: race entries, bios, and uploaded proof images. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and transmit it on your public profile and in generated share cards, for as long as your account is active.

Only upload content you have the right to share. Proof screenshots and images must be yours or used with permission.

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content
• Impersonate another person or claim their results
• Upload content that infringes someone else's rights
• Scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse the service
• Use the service to spam or harass others

Sign-in is provided by Better Auth with optional Google OAuth. Timing links and profile links point to third-party sites (Athlinks, Sportstats, RunSignup, and similar) that we do not control and are not responsible for.

You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion via imtiaz@raqib.tech. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any race result displayed is accurate. See the self-reported results section above.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raqib Technologies Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of CAD $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

If these terms change we will update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
